Matt and Andy were professional yet friendly, the evaluation of the property was quick yet thorough. They understood the positives and the negatives of the property and made a fair offer. I have already recommended them to friends and family.

Oh, where to begin. The purple mountain was contacted by myself when I decided to sell my home and attempt to move cross country. At first, it looked like it would go quickly, smoothly, and so forth. However, that was not the case on the other end, the buying end in the state me and my family are moving to. The purple mountain has shown amazing patience, diligence, and understanding when it came to the multiple issues which arose with selecting a new home and the many many delays it caused in selling my home. They dealt with repeated setbacks due to issues with houses, failed inspections, and so on and so forth which continued to push back the selling date for our home to them. To be honest they went way above and beyond when it came to waiting to buy my home. They were always helpful and polite and offered the highest level of customer service and professionalism that I have seen in a company in over two decades. Closing was made easy and with less headache than I have honestly ever experienced during such a procedure. They treated me fairly and competently. I honestly have no complaints to speak of with them whatsoever, which is a rare thing when it comes to me and my reviews. If you want someone who will be willing to work with you and buy your home, this wonderful company will probably be the way to go. On a side note, I do believe they valuate their buying price for homes fairly, so keep that in mind. Fairness doesn’t mean excessive gain for the seller.

I was nervous and suspicious about dealing with a postcard realtor as I had narrowly avoided being scammed on a land deal. I did not want to sell my home but did want to sell my rental home where I could not evict the renters who owed me several thousand dollars. I called and talked to Matt and explained my concerns to him. He was very willing to help me and look at the property with me. He helped me do the necessary paperwork for us to gain entrance to the house but at the appointed time the renter refused us access and was very rude. Matt calmed the situation, and he and Andy looked at the rundown condition of the exterior and still agreed to make an offer without ever being in the house. From that day until closing, he treated me with such kindness, explaining everything as many times as it took for me to be comfortable. He was much more concerned about me than with making a sale. There was no real reason for him to agree to buy the house with the renters still living there knowing that the because of the pandemic the eviction could take many months. I know I took some loss on the sale but Matt took a gamble. I hope that at some time he will make a nice profit. The peace and relief of not having to contend with the rental situation and the great empathy of both Matt and Andy made this sale worth it for me.

Andy and his team went above and beyond for our family when we sold our home. He was professional, timely, transparent, thorough and most importantly honest. During the entire process of selling our home, Andy answered any and all questions that we had and remained open to frequent communication regardless of the time of day.
