We needed to sell our house quickly and easily, and are very happy we called Purple Mountain Home Buyers. Bill Mills was our agent and he’s great! Kind, considerate, and he was with us at every step – even at our closing! The process was simple and anytime we had a question, Bill was just a call or text away. If you need a fast sell or want to avoid the whole repairs and open houses or showings process – all with minimal closing costs – we recommend this company.

My experience with Purple Mountain Home Buyers was great. They took the time to genuinely understand my circumstances, which made the whole process of selling my house much less stressful than it could have been. Anyone in Colorado Springs looking to sell their home, these guys are honest, fair, and get things done! 10/10

We retired and wanted to move closer to family. We didn’t want to complete all the repairs necessary for listing our home. After talking to different home buyers in the Springs we chose Purple Mountain.

The whole process was easy and very transparent. At any time I knew what was supposed to happen and when. The money was in my account an hour after closing. A special person during the journey was Will! Going above and beyond the usual and being approachable at any time. He really made it his duty to check in frequently, answer all and any questions and just being on your side! I would highly recommend this company and Will!

My experience with the entire team at Purple Mountain was a positive one. I felt like they gave me a fair offer for my property even though it needs a lot of work (to put it mildly). The process from the beginning all the way to the closing went smoothly. The professionalism and customer service was so much appreciated.

We had a great experience with Purple Mountain. Heath explained everything to us. He was able to answer all our questions. I was hesitant for anyone to see the condition of our house. But Chloe talked to me and calmed all my fears. It was a quick and easy experience. Would highly recommend Purple Mountain to everyone. Thank you all for helping us thru this!

Outstanding option to sell your home quickly and leave with a nice profit without having to complete remodel your home. Chloe was outstanding as my initial contact very easy to work with and schedule an appraisal. Then Siena did an outstanding job guiding me through the closing process. The entire team was a joy to work with.

OMG.. Elliott and team was amazing. Dealing with estate property.. 1 party out of state. And 1 in state.. had Jessica text or call everyday, was amazing. The closing team they use totally understood the situation.. I was kept in the loop the whole time. Any questions even late at night or crazy early morning (out of state east coast) they answered my call or text. Put me and my family at ease. I had a great experience from start to finish. I dont want to get to personal but I had a very serious situation that caused me to have to sell my home. The phone call was easy, then they came out to my house and actually sat down and talked to me about how they could best help.

Great team to work with. They found us the perfect house. Really helpful walking us through the purchasing process, especially since we had not purchased a house in 35 years. A lot of fun to work with and very efficient. Really appreciated the extra effort from Matthew, Andrew and Chloe. I would not hesitate to work with them again.

This is a great group of men and women to deal with from start to finish. They are not pushy about buying your property and are honest about whether or not they will be able to work with you to reach your final goal. They did not buy my property but through them I was able to get information on how I should proceed if I were to continue exploring the sale of my property.

This company is the best choice for sale of a home. Andy and crew were very easy to work with and helpful throughout the process. Same day funds once you hit the title company for transfer of ownership. I would and will recommend this company to anyone. They can do this as fast as you need well at least 72 hours. But you can’t go wrong with them.

Purple Mountain is Great. Andy & Matt are great to work with. Everything is up front-There is no doubt about any finance, funds to you as a seller, they work with you as so many “realtors” don’t reveal everything until the last minute. Do not want to forget Gracie as she is also great. The title company company “Empire” is also great. They made you feel so welcome & VERY professional. Purple Mountain They are the best!!!

They were always helpful and polite and offered the highest level of customer service and professionalism that I have seen in a company in over two decades. Closing was made easy and with less headache than I have honestly ever experienced during such a procedure. They treated me fairly and competently. I honestly have no complaints to speak of with them whatsoever, which is a rare thing when it comes to me and my reviews.
