The whole process was easy and very transparent. At any time I knew what was supposed to happen and when. The money was in my account an hour after closing. A special person during the journey was Will! Going above and beyond the usual and being approachable at any time. He really made it his duty to check in frequently, answer all and any questions and just being on your side! I would highly recommend this company and Will!

My experience with the entire team at Purple Mountain was a positive one. I felt like they gave me a fair offer for my property even though it needs a lot of work (to put it mildly). OMG.. Elliott and team was amazing. Dealing with estate property.. 1 party out of state. And 1 in state.. had Jessica text or call everyday, was amazing. The closing team they use totally understood the situation.. I was kept in the loop the whole time. Purple mountain needs 6-7-8-9-10 stars.. need to sell fast make sure paper work is right.. you come to the right place. Any questions even late at night or crazy early morning (out of state east coast) they answered my call or text. Put me and my family at ease. This is a great group of men and women to deal with from start to finish. They are not pushy about buying your property and are honest about whether or not they will be able to work with you to reach your final goal. This company is the best choice for sale of a home. Andy and crew were very easy to work with and helpful throughout the process. Same day funds once you hit the title company for transfer of ownership. I would and will recommend this company to anyone. They can do this as fast as you need well at least 72 hours. But you can’t go wrong with them.

Purple Mountain is Great. Andy & Matt are great to work with. Everything is up front-There is no doubt about any finance, funds to you as a seller, they work with you as so many “realtors” don’t reveal everything until the last minute. Do not want to forget Gracie as she is also great. The title company company “Empire” is also great. They made you feel so welcome & VERY professional. Purple Mountain They are the best!!!

They were always helpful and polite and offered the highest level of customer service and professionalism that I have seen in a company in over two decades. Closing was made easy and with less headache than I have honestly ever experienced during such a procedure. They treated me fairly and competently. I had many different circumstances personal and with my property and they made it very simple. They answered all of my questions and concerns!
